SHIPPING
All orders placed before 2 PM EST will be shipped same day, if your order was placed after 2 PM EST it will be shipped the following business day.
We ship through UPS.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to return your order or exchange it for a different product or size please follow these instructions below.
- Put the products back in their respective packaging.
- Email us at returns@shopvicson.com and our team will be happy to assist you and send your return label so you can send us your order back!
VICSON RETURN POLICY
We offer free returns and exchanges on orders that do not show any signs of having been worn (make sure to try them on a soft surface). Items have to be in the same condition as they were sent.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the order was delivered.
Once we make sure the order is eligible for return, a full refund will be made to your original payment method.
Items purchased with or more than 30% discount don't have free returns. The client has to pay for the return label.
Sample Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
